It took almost 6 months for me to decide on the painting for our great room. We moved in the house in September and May of the following year I asked for a painting party for my birthday. I shared my thoughts with my good friend (creative minds on the same page...thank you Linda!) then she & I spent the better portion of the day layering and removing paint to get the rain washed antiqued look. I love it...it suits the western/denim/Texas star look in the whole room.
