I think one of the best parts of living in the desert southwest is that we have flowers blooming all year long. This year we have actually had a real spring...that means flowers are lasting longer. This is just one of the hundreds of blooms on our Mexican Bird of Paradise (we have 3 of these bushes and they are all exploding in glorious color!)!
