Hi There.

Welcome to The Creative Table - where everyone has a seat at the table because we are all creatively made!

Sunday Seven: My Top Stores (Brick & Mortar)

Everyone needs a little retail therapy every so often…right? I mean, it can’t just be me. Of course, with the holidays coming up here very soon, it is not just therapy!

There are several stores that I can say are my favorite…online as well as brick & mortar stores. For this Sunday Seven I thought I would list some of my favorite stores. Please note, this list is by no means all of the stores on my list…I could go on and on. However, these are my ‘go to’ places. These stores are the brick and mortar I frequent here in Tucson. I will do another list soon with my online stores.

Stein Mart: Stein Mart is my first stop for clothes. I am a Platinum Member there and have been for many years. So many of my friends and family say they don’t always find things in there that suit them. I will say this, for me, I rarely walk out of there without the thing I was looking for in the first place. In addition to some great clothes, I love their home linens and home wares section.

Target: I don’t even think I need to give a reason. I mean, who doesn’t love Target? Great prices, the perfect Dollar Section, trendy clothes and a great baby section (very important right now in our world)! I love the Cartwheel app on my phone to save money on all of the items in the store.

HomeGoods: When I am looking for a specific housewares item, or seasonal decorations/tablescape things, this is my first stop. I try not to visit too often as my wallet just can’t handle it. However, I think HomeGoods is perfect for seasonal stuff and they have a great kitchen section.

Joann Fabrics: I sew…need I say more? Just happy to have a Super Store nearby!

Hobby Lobby: To me, time in Hobby Lobby is inspiring even if I buy nothing (but let’s get real, have I never bought anything there!? Um, that would be a big, fat NO!). I love going in and having furniture, tablescaping items, crafts and some of the best fabric around…all under one roof.

Cost Plus World Market: This is my store…that makes me want to redo my house every time I walk in! I have gotten most of my themed holiday plates here, table linens, etc. Additionally, they have a great coffee and wine selection. The foods are great and the seasonal items make me swoon. Many of the plates and props you see over at Love to Cook are found from Cost Plus.

TIE: Charming Charlie & Ulta: Ok, jewelry and make up…need I say more!

What are some of your favorite places to shop!?
